ABCurry Club Highlights - 18th January 2024
Did you attend our ABCurry Club event at Newcastle University Business School this month?
If not, let us show you what you missed...
Imagine a Business Network event filled with delicious food, genuine connections, and thought-provoking discussions.
That's exactly what happened - and usually happens at our ABCurry Clubs!
Our Chairman, Ammar Mirza CBE, ignited a collective brainstorm as he took the stage, leading the charge on inclusion. With our Inclusion By Default Conference and an Expo on the horizon, he urged everyone to share their unique perspectives on what inclusion means to them and for the North East.
It was more than just talk; it was a deep dive into the importance of inclusivity in our communities.
Despite the chilly weather, we still had a great turn out with it being a sell out.
Our shared commitment to a common mission of networking, business and inclusion discussion created an atmosphere that was very significant for the North East.
Now, let's talk about the curry. The aroma of Chicken Tikka Masala and especially the daal won hearts and delighted taste buds.
We even had some leftovers for takeaway at the end!! Something not to miss out on for the next event.
We were fortunate to be hosted by Newcastle University Business School, where we enjoyed stunning views of St James Park.
The scenic backdrop provided the perfect setting for a North East conversation on Inclusion. Whether you were a familiar face or a newbie, your contribution to the evening's success captured the true essence of our North East community.
Our Curry Club was more than just a business networking event; it was a slice of warmth, inclusivity, and shared experiences between North East businesses and students.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, and we look forward to seeing you all at future ABCurry Clubs. As we continue to connect, support, and promote communities, we want to hear from you:
